Experience, in Leicestershire, offers you a glimpse of life as a
pilot. Climb behind the controls of a Boeing 737-800 or Piper Seneca III and enjoy an
hour’s virtual flight – from take-off to landing – under the
guidance of a fully-qualified pro!
Upon arrival, you’ll meet
your instructor and sit down for a chat – over a cuppa – during
which you’ll be briefed on what to expect inside the simulator.
Your tuition will then continue on the flight deck, before the
controls are handed over to you and your 60 minutes of fly-time
begin. Thoroughly prepared, you’ll now be responsible for every
stage of the flight – starting with a smooth take-off and landing
at your choice of well-known airports. Your instructor will act as
your attentive co-pilot throughout as you get to grips with the
aircraft – offering support and further instruction wherever
necessary. Even complete novices will be able to master the
controls and those feeling confident can tackle a tricky landing
like Innsbruck’s mountainous approach. Back on the tarmac, you’ll
debrief and have an opportunity to take photos – meanwhile already
planning a new career move!
