This semi-detached cottage sits next to the owners’ working livestock farm, three miles from Lampeter, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.

Additional logs are available from the owner, £3 per basket or can be purchased locally. Bed linen, towels and adult robes inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Decked patio with furniture and BBQ to the front of the property. Enclosed lawned garden with swings, slide, basketball hoop and sandpit to the side of property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: As livestock in surrounding fields, dogs to be kept under strict control when outside or on a lead. Small children to be supervised at all times.
Note – This property is fully decorated for Christmas, the owner also provides a hamper and bottle of prosecco.
