Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Main line station 5 min walk for trains to Eastbourne, Brighton, London, Hastings. Local shop 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk across field via path or 5 min by car. Super store Asda and shopping centre 10 min drive. Note: Due to the period of the cottage, doorways are low and stairs are steep and narrow, there is a step up into the twin bedroom and the bedrooms have access directly from the stairs; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 5 years of age. Note: Access to the cottage is over a lawned garden and down a step through the rear door into the kitchen
