This cosy converted barn is situated on the owners’ livestock farm, two miles from the village of Llanbister and sleeping two people.

Electric panel heaters with solar panels and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Decked garden with external bath and furniture, plus access to farmland with unfenced ponds. BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times outside the cottage. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 9 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Cottage has private water supply. Note: Property accessed up a farm lane, may not be suitable for very low cars. Note: Over 18’s only. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi and mobile phone signals can be intermittent. Note: All dogs must be on a lead whilst outside due to this being a working farm and no dogs to be left in the property alone.
