This exceptional cottage is set next to the owners’ Grade II, beautifully-restored Mill House dating from 1750’s in a riverside location on the outskirts of the village of Wortwell, near Harleston in Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Note: There are two steps from the living area to the two main bedrooms and bunk bedroom and one step down to the kitchen, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a curtain separating the bunk bed room from the kitchen, there is no door. Note: The king-size double and twin bedrooms are accessed via the bunk room. Note: The property is accessed along an unmade track of approximately 0.25 miles. Note: BBQ not to be used after dark due to safety reasons. Note: Fishing hire is not available at this property however, guests are welcome to bring their own equipment at their if they have the appropriate licenses. Note: Max 6 guests. Note: Some areas of the river bank are untouched to accommodate the stunning wildlife surrounding the property.
