Enclosed lawned garden, decked area plus front lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Rear garden is tiered with an unfenced one metre drop onto lawn, care should be taken. Note: Woodburner in sitting room is a decorative feature and can’t be used.
