This fabulous terraced cottage is set in the town of Dartmouth in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a second floor double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom.

Coleton Fishacre National Trust house and gardens are also nearby as is Greenway, Agatha Christie’s home. Only 5 miles from Woodlands Family Theme Park with Zoo Farm. Set on the South West Coast Path, the area is an ideal location for walkers, with Dartmoor National Park only 15 miles away. Torquay and Paignton are less then 45 minutes away. One designated car parking space in a private car park adjacent to the cottage. There is also ‘first come first served’ local roadside parking for a second car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm and the check out time is by 11am.
