TVs in each bedroom with Freeview, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A Parking permit will be avaible in the property and can be used for on street parking in any W zone, please ensure you have your permit before parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants outside property. Note: Stairs to second floor are steep, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note this property can only supply a high chair on request, any other facilities such as stair gate or cot will need to be provided by yourselves.
