Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stair gate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised. Please note: you are able to charge an electric car at the property, however there will be a £80 + VAT (5%) per week, per vehicle charge payable to the owner If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to tell us and pay any additional charges as required. Any accessories required to facilitate this would not be provided. Please note: Check-in day in strictly Saturday between the months of May and September.
