Zotter, Labooko Sao Tome, 75% dark chocolate bar

A single origin chocolate from the small African island of Sao Tome. A surprisingly mild dark chocolate for a 75% cocoa content, with a fruity-tropical aroma and an excellent melt. Notes of red cherries. Slightly astringent finish.
