Flying Experience Days: Climb aboard either a Boeing 737-800 or Piper Seneca III Simulator and experience the thrill of
piloting, safely taking off and landing the aircraft. This flight
simulation package is an excellent way to try your skill at
controlling a modern aeroplane.
The experience lasts an hour in total and starts with a brief
chat over coffee with your instructor, before its time to enter the
simulator. Your instructor will be a real-life pilot so you’ll be
in the company of an expert and in the perfect position to ask as
many questions as you need. You’ll enjoy a total of 45 minutes in
the simulator – 15 minutes spent checking the controls and going
through the requirements with your instructor and 30 minutes of
actual simulated flying time. During your experience you will
take-off, fly and land at one of your chosen real-life airports.
Your instructor will be next to you at all times to assist you and
will act as your ‘co pilot’ throughout. Once you have landed
(hopefully safely!) you will have the chance to take pictures on
the flight deck so you can cherish your day forever!
