On arrival at the airfield, you will greet your expert instructor
and be given a safety briefing on flying procedures. You will be
taken through the basic controls and manoeuvres, and taught all
their is to know about the four-seater aircraft you will be taking
flying! Once you have talked through your flight plan and discussed
the route you will be taking, it’s time to take off! You will
smoothly leave the airstrip and glide over the scenic Coventry
countryside, looping down to Silverstone and back again. Once
you’re comfortably cruising, you’ll be given the opportunity to
take over the controls, where you can fully appreciate how the
plane flies and get a feel for the handling. After your flight,
your instructor will land the plane and lead you back to the
airfield, where you will have a debrief and receive your flight
certificate.
