Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Fold out child’s bed available on request & ‘toddler’ pack including step stool, toilet seat, toys. Clothes hanging space provided for each bedroom. Designated off street parking for 1 car. Front and rear patio areas and rear courtyard (not enclosed). 2 well-behaved dogs welcome but due to the cottage being in a terrace where residents have access, they are required to be on leads in both the front and back garden at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Pub & butcher 2 minute walk. Shop 10 minute walk. The Cottage is situated high on Matlock bank which is away from any risk of flooding with lovely views across the valley. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility
