Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 4 miles. Beach 1 mile. Note: Some restricted headroom and low level beds in bedrooms. Note: The stairs are steep and accessed from the sitting room, plus due to uneven levels and internal steps, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Gardens are not enclosed and some open water, children and dogs to be supervised
