Cambridge Skydiving AFF Course - Level 1

Skydiving Experience Days: Learn how to jump from a plane solo, with this superb skydiving
course. The level 1 AFF skydiving course in Cambridge is the
perfect way to begin a long and happy skydiving career. Just a
short drive from London, this is as close to a London skydive as
you will get! Over two days you will learn the skills you need to
get yourself from the skies to the landing zone, freefalling from
the considerable height of 13,000 feet – solo. Granted, this sounds
terrifying – but with two highly experienced instructors flanking
you, to offer skydiving support and guidance all the way to the
ground, you will be absolutely fine!

Before jumping, you will have an intensive ground training course
to make sure you are ready. Once the instructors are happy, During
your actual jump, you will enjoy around a minute of incredible
freefall before employing your parachute and floating back to
earth. You will have radio assistance throughout to help you guide
your chute back to terra firma.This level 1 AFF Skydiving course in
Cambridge takes place over two action-packed days. On your first
day, you will have six hours of intense (but fun!) ground training,
preparing you mentally and physically for the task ahead. Your
expert skydiving instructors will take you through everything,
including safety basics, body tucking and positioning, exits,
altitude awareness, stability, and parachute canopy control.

On the second day you will put all of your skydiving theory into
practice and make your jump! Once the jump is complete, you will
have finished your first step of 8 on the way to becoming a
qualified solo skydiver!
