Wine Tasting Experience Days: Enjoy six decadent wines from around the globe during this
wonderful wine tasting evening for two people. Lead by a highly
knowledgeable wine educator, the session will see you learning all
about food and wine pairings, the wine making process, and the
subtle differences in flavours of each wine.
Your experience begins when you and your guest arrive at the
school, where you’ll meet the rest of your group and the instructor
who will be leading the session. Throughout the evening you’ll
sample six wines from various countries, and be taught the correct
tasting techniques as well as the methods involved in the making of
the wine. As the lesson progresses, you may also sample cheese or
perhaps some charcuterie to complement the wine. Your expert guide
is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may
have, so be sure to test his expertise!
The introduction to wine tasting class makes a great experience
gift for those interested in the art of vinification, or just as a
fun and different way to spend an evening out with friends.
