Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Garden overlooking mill pond with garden furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets. Smoking is allowed downstairs only in the property. Post Office 0.5 miles. Shops/pubs etc. in Settle 1.5 miles. Note: The garden is unfenced and due to the proximity of the mill pond and river, children must be supervised at all times.
