This detached cottage is situated on the slopes above the village of Berrynarbor and sleeps seven people in four bedrooms.

Gas central heating and woodburner. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Travel cot, highchair, stair gates and toddler bed (please request).
Off-road parking for 1 car on sloping driveway, on-road free parking usually freely available. Small front garden, rear enclosed garden with lawn, furniture and BBQ Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub steep 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Coast 1 mile
Note: Due to the sloping garden, children should be supervised.
Note: The cottage is at the top of a hill and it is a steep walk to the shop and pub.

Downstairs 1 x double, 1 x adult twin, bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Dining Room, Sitting Room with woodturner (n.b. the ground floor is not completely step free).
Upstairs: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunk bed (plus toddler bed that can be made up on request), Shower room with Shower, Basin and WC
