Fuel inc. in rent for use of the accommodation but this does not include charging any cars. Please be aware you cannot charge electric cars at the property. Bed linen included in rental. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private garden with graveled area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Unfenced pond 5 yards from rear door, children to be supervised. Note: The property is accessed via a private road. Note: This property only accepts children 13 and over
