One parking permit provided for use in the four spaces beside the cottage (available on first come, first served basis) and all ‘W’ zones in the West Cliff area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Seafront 5 mins walk.
