Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with decking and furniture and chiminea. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 min walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Limited mobile phone signal from some providers. Note: Holiday caravan to rear of double bedroom window. Note: Dog must be kept on a lead outside the property. Note: There’s a public right of way through the garden. Note: There’s a step up into the property and a small step from the hall to the dining room.
