This end-terrace cottage is in the village of Combe Martin near to Ilfracombe and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Off road parking for 1 car in pub car park 50 yards away with paid-for permit. Private enclosed patio with lawn, decked areas and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 14 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being accessed by a narrow quite steep lane ,it is probably not suited to the elderly or those with mobility issues
