Sorry, no smoking or pets. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Railway station with regular trains 3 mins walk, minimal noise can be heard. Note: no stag/hen parties or similar. Please enquire with office if unsure as no single sex parties allowed. Note: This property requires a refundable £100 Good Housekeeping bond. Note: This property is not suitable for guests who have pet allergies.
