Helicopter Experience Days: This helicopter tour of York and Emmerdale is a fantastic 45

beautiful York city, and the gorgeous – and famous – little town of
Emmerdale!
This is an extended flight that lasts approximately 45 minutes,
giving you plenty of time to enjoy the incredible exhilaration of a
helicopter flight, and see some of Yorkshire’s most beautiful and
notable sights and landmarks while you’re at it. Your flight will
begin at Breighton Airfield with a thrilling take off. As the
countryside appears before you, the pilot will head north towards
York, flying over the picturesque countryside along the way. As you
fly over York city keep an eye out for the incredibly beautiful,
imposing and gothic York Minster Cathedral, which took over 250
years to build! From York city you’ll then head towards Harewood
House, a magnificent 16th Century country house with extensive,
immaculately kept grounds that are actually home to the
purpose-built set of the famous Emmerdale television programme.
Keep a lookout for the Woolpack and Home Farm as you soar over the
set, and take plenty of photos to help you relive your incredible
experience.
Your pilot will then take you back to Breighton Airfield for a
celeb style chopper landing, so make sure your friends and family
are ready to take photos and videos of your landing!
